How are we different from other run clubs?
In every way possible.
Zone2 Run Club is a structured program with milestone-based progression, science-backed training, and a tight community. Most run clubs are 100+ people jogging around a lake on weekends. Ironically, you rarely end up making a genuine friendship. And it’s terrible for actually getting better at running.
We split into cohorts of 10, moving through a curriculum together. Small, focused, knowledge-driven.
